Leaving

Every now and then my good friends are leaving for abroad. Bidding everyone a farewell eventually will likely to leave me stranded alone. There is nothing and no one to be blamed as I consolidate myself by thinking that I am not the only one. There may be so many people who are running through the same phase that I am in right now.

Just a couple of months back a boy who was quite friendly to me was also feeling the same as me. I still remember once, when he said something when all the people he knew were leaving for abroad. What he told the person who brought news about someone leaving was "Don't you ever tell me he/she is leaving, just let me know if someone I know is dead. I don't want to hear people going abroad." I laughed so much and finally he too has left.

Love Song By Skidrow

I had never given any preferences to Skidrow one of the very best heavy metal groups. Recently I had a chance to hear some of the songs of Skidrow and it was like falling in love in an instant. I immediately start liking bands when they cover great songs of the past. The first one that I happened to hear the song of Skidrow was the cover song of Beatles called the “We can work it out”. This one is a great song and Sabastian Bach has sung it very well. The other song which impressed me was the one called “Love song”. The melody is great and the guitar work is outstanding. Whenever I listen to songs, my primary focus is always on the guitar works and lyrics don’t play any part in a song for me. This is why this special number called “Love song” is one of the masterpieces in the love songs category.

Seems like, I have been acquainted with you only a day back. It’s been almost a year and the vivid memory of me meeting you for the first time is very much lively. I know one day I will have to bid you farewell for my entire life and seeing you again for the second time will just be a ray of hope. To the worst that one day when I will be saying bye to you is approaching relatively faster than that I had ever imagined. There is no helping as I sit here confused listening to Match Box 20’s classic number “When you’re gone”. You had really been a very wonderful person in my life who had a terrible effect on me. I can’t even think of my future days when you won’t be here. I would want to see you so bad after a year and there would be no solution. Meeting a good person and departing from them to me is the worst thing and the same worst thing is to happen.

Now I am bewildered in making new friends just because I can’t have the company for my whole life. Distance matter. I always loved being a nerd and this time around I was caught off guard. Anyways having you as a friend was one of the most miraculous things in my life and I enjoyed your company to the max. Thanks for being such a wonderful person in my life. No matter what I would always remember you as a special person.
