K1

Last Friday I had an opportunity to watch the K1 tournament which was held at Las Vegas but not the latest edition. The final match featured the American Big Daddy Goodridge fighting against the German Fist (I don’t remember his actual name though). Goodridge seemed to be tougher that Fist as his fighting style was so good. He would dock every punch that came from his opponent and his defense was damn good. On the other hand Fist compared to Goodridge as smaller and lighter but had a lightning speed. I never liked the attitude of Goodridge whereas Fist was quite good. Both the fighters showed real actions during the first round. Later in the second round both of them were exchanging heavy punches and eventually one right hand punch from the German fighter did the job. Goodridge was knocked down. The winner was The German Fist and he deserved the win. The fight was an exciting one with total aggression. It was one of the best matches that I have ever watched on television. The German Fist is a real fighter.
