FA Cup 2007

The FA Cup final played between Chelsea and Manchester United was so frustrating. The pace of the game was very slow and not to the expectation of the English Football. The match did not produce any goals in the regular time and was taken to extra time. I thought the extra time would not produce goals and the winner would be determined by penalty shootout. Chelsea would lose in the shootout making it their second loss in such big games in penalty shootout as I had thought. But when the second half of extra time was almost coming to an end Drogba scored a goal and thus became the FA Cup winner. This is their second title of the season, previously they had won the Carling Cup as well. All in all the match was not of the quality that the English teams could play. Chelsea deserved to be the winner, though I regard this game a very disappointing one not because of the fact that I am a Manchester United fan and they lost. The game was just too poor to watch.
