Animated Music Videos

Though I am an animated movies fanatics I don’t prefer animated rock videos. Recently I saw a music video of Pearl Jam which was animated and that did not suit the genre or the style of the likes of Pearl Jam. Rock videos are meant to express the artist’s feelings and these animated videos just can’t bring the true essence of rock videos. I don’t care about the hip hop or boy band kinds of music or pop or RNB to be animated but the rock songs does not suit animated videos at all and this practice should not be encouraged. The video of ‘money talks’ by dire straits is filthy as compared to the music and the creation of Knoffler. No hard feelings to those people involved in creating animated videos but this trend does not suit rock music in any means.
