I wonder why so called intellectuals are always against events like Miss Nepal in our country. It is not an exploitation of womanhood as far as I am concerned. Protests going on for the Miss Nepal pageant have always been the factor demoralizing the spirit of womanhood which is really filthy. It not only gives an opportunity for the girls to gain popularity but helps them boost their confidence in every sector and responsibility towards the society. I see no nonsense issues concerning Miss Nepal and events of the likes of such. All the contestants participating in the beauty contest are very bold indeed. In the past I have seen some interviews with the Miss Nepal winners as well as the runner ups, it was simply great and it proved that those Miss Nepals are more than just beauty. Jhanrana Bajracharya Miss Nepal of one time proved to me that how bold a girl can be. It is also not new that these kinds of protests take place in all the countries regarding beauty contests and our nation cannot be an exception. For me this is a great event and should not be halted in the years to come. All those involved in Miss Nepal Beauty Contests are praise worthy for me. They deserve a high credit and I appeal to them not to get upset about what the conservative people have to think. Walk your walk and someday you will prove it to them. Let us all lift our Miss Nepal high so that the world can see and we say “She is our Miss Nepal” with pride perhaps one day our miss Nepal will prove it to the world an not only to the conservative and arrogant society like ours.

MASS GATHERING IN FRONT OF BICC TO PROTEST THE EVENT MIGHT HAVE THEIR OWN POINTS BUT I TOO WOULD LIKE TO SAY KEEP IT ON "DABAR VATIKA" AND THANKS THAT IT HAS NOT STOPPED CREATING NEW AVENUES TO GIRLS WHO DESERVE IT..............REALLY I THINK PROTESTORS(TO MY SURPRISE HALF OF THEM ARE WOMEN THEMSELF) SHOULD START SEEING THE GLASS HALF FULL,IF THEY REALLY THINK TO BRING EXPLOITATION OF WOMENHOOD TO HALT THEN EVERYONE KNOWS THERE ARE MANY WORST ISSUES RESPIRING OUT THERE .........

hey chewan i trully appreciated your volition for bringing one of the major concerns into the light...... every year we can see a huge mob standing infront of the BICC main entrance gate and protesting against the miss nepal pageant repeating the same old slogan " stop exploiting gals", drives me back and leaves me in the abyss of chaos...... miss nepal, exploitation!!!!!! then abruptly i force myself back to reality and satisfy myself by saying "it's nepal" we have enough of those two tounged conservative bastards..........

I say let other ppl do what ever they want .Fuck the world.No use worrying about shit u cant control or change.Miss nepal is actually a freagin small thing.Those ppl should be protesting to the government about not getting drinking water and electricity and gas and fuel and..........There are a lot more important things than freaking miss nepal.They are all freagin hypocrites, shouldnt they be worried about freaking prostitution.fuck it all.
