This web site totally deals with the rock scene in Nepal. They cover every gigs, latest happenings, and gossips regarding rock music, band introduction, albums as well as books reviews, interviews with the local legends, posters, competition and whatever comes into one’s mind about a rock website. It also has a link to the band’s personal home pages, music download gallery which links to the soundclick.com. They also have a separate column for picture galleries belonging to various categories including live concerts etc. Ktm rocks is also a monthly published magazine and for those who don’t get the magazine in their hands, this page is a pretty handy thing. All the latest and the older issues contents can be browsed through here. They also have featured an online ordering form for merchandise as well as CDs but it doesn’t work out as I have ordered those things more than twice and this particular section is useless. The one and only attractive element in this site is that you get to download a lot of songs recorded by our own punk as well as underground musicians. Underground musicians do not mean its literal meaning though the kinds of music they play are often called underground music or in other words death metals or black metals. I have downloaded songs of Ugrakarma which I liked so much that I ordered their album through ktmrocks.com just in vain. After all what they are doing is just great. Promote local head bangers and degrade track singers. However, there is a lot of room for improvement which I hope they will fulfill them gradually. All the best.
