These are yet another famous characters in the comic world. They come from a small village yet the most powerful. The rivalry between them and the roman is always there and fresh as ever. Asterix is an old man very intelligent and Obelix is an enormous sized man who just loves to fight and feasting on wild boars. If any mission has a lot of brawls which includes especially those romans then Obelix would be more than happy to take the mission. On every rumble Asterix consumes his magic potion created by their own wizard of their neighborhood. After each successful mission accomplished they gather for a feast in their village. There is another important character in this lineup Cacophonix with a harp every time who when sings brings misery and panic. No one can tolerate his melody and songs. Everyone runs to and fro when he starts singing and he is always tied to a tree with his mouth taped so that he won’t be able to sing and the party is not messed. The characters portrayed in the books match the story very much. The facial expression of anger, joy etc is carved in the pictures with astonishing effort. They also have a large number of publications which again I have not got the opportunity to explore. In some times ahead I am looking forward to own all the issues of these characters.
